In 2019, she transitioned to a die-cutting press operator role, managing precision cutting, finishing, and order fulfillment to meet customer specifications.
As Co-Founder and Operations Director of Siege Packaging Solutions, Fabiola oversees finishing operations, quality control, and customer service. Her meticulous approach and industry expertise ensure that every packaging solution meets the highest standards of craftsmanship and reliability.
